HITEC 2025 Wrap up: A Booth That Talked Back

In just 72 hours at HITEC this June, the Bodhi team transformed an empty square of show floor into a fully immersive, fully operational space that demonstrated what BodhiAI makes possible.  

The result was one of a kind.

Rather than relying on static visuals or conceptual slideshows, Bodhi’s HITEC presence focused on immersive, interactive, working models. Visitors didn’t watch demos, they experienced them. They spoke commands, triggered responses, asked questions, and got answers, live, from the building itself.

Introducing the Bodhi AI Suite

This year, Bodhi unveiled something transformative: a trio of AI tools that redefines what’s possible in hotel operations and guest service. Bodhi SuperAgent, BodhiGPT, and Bodhi GuestGPT represent the next generation of intelligent infrastructure.

  • Bodhi SuperAgent acts as an AI-powered operations manager, monitoring thousands of data points in real time. From door locks to thermostats, it predicts and prevents problems, constantly optimizing systems behind the scenes.
  • BodhiGPT lets operators interact directly with their buildings. Ask, “How’s the HVAC running?” or “Are there any lighting faults on floor three?” and get instant, actionable insight.
  • Bodhi GuestGPT is a digital concierge that guests can talk to at any time. It answers questions, handles requests, and even checks in on the guest’s comfort, all without needing a staff member to intervene.

This is not in beta. This is the real platform, already in use, and the reactions made it clear: AI is here.

Live Integration, No Staging

Bodhi is hardware agnostic and integrates with every hotel system and device. The integration wall brought this concept to life. It displayed Bodhi’s compatibility with HVAC, PMS, sensors, lighting, AV, and more.

By demonstrating real-time interaction between diverse hardware from different manufacturers, Bodhi proved it can unify even the most complex property environments into a single, intelligent pane of glass.

A Shift in Perspective

Across three days of interaction, a consistent theme emerged: the future of hospitality isn’t about adding more guest-facing buttons. It’s about reducing guest-facing tech and installing systems that troubleshoot problems before they become disruptions.

BodhiAI does just that. It flags inefficiencies, recommends improvements, and communicates with both guests and staff in real time. A guest doesn't need to say that the room is too warm, Bodhi adjusts the system automatically, logs the anomaly, and notifies engineering.

Far from replacing the human touch, this gives teams the time, space, and data they need to deliver 5-star service.

The People Behind the Tech
